DIRECTIONS FROM PLYMOUTH
M5 south to A38 Plymouth, follow A38 over Tamar bridge signposted to Liskeard.

After 10 miles take a left on to the A374 Looe road at the roundabout, 1 mile on turn right on to the A387 Looe road, after a further 2.5 miles at Widegates bare left on to the B3253. (You stay on the same road but the road number changes, that’s Cornwall for you!)

When you are nearing Looe, the Looe Bay Holiday Park is on your left, quickly followed by the Coddy Shack chip shop. Take the next left at the signpost for Barbican, Plaidy and Sunrising, there is a floral display built around a boat on the left at the junction.

Follow Barbican Road for 3/4 mile, passing the Barbican Inn on the right and then a primary school on the left.Turn right into Barbican Hill just beyond the turning to Bodrigan road on the right but before the Spar shop on the left. Follow this road which gradually gets steeper and steeper and narrower until you reach some black bollards that restrict the width of traffic to 6ft 6”, just at the entrance to the Klymiarven Apartments in the trees.

Haven House is the first house after you have been through the bollards, on the right hand side of the road. The parking is parallel to the road.

Terms and Conditions of Occupancy

All licenses will commence at 3.00pm on a Saturday and terminate at 10.00am on a Saturday with the exception of short out-of-season breaks.

A deposit of 50% of the full rental is payable upon booking, the balance of rental being payable 4 weeks before your occupancy commences by cheque payable to Edwina Hannaford.
 If you prefer to pay by bank transfer please ask for banking details.

Occupants are expected to leave the property in the same state of cleanliness as at the commencement of the holiday. Failure to do this and the owner reserves the right to charge for cleaning expenses incurred after the said tenancy terminates.


Occupiers indemnify the owner for any breakages or damage incurred during their stay.

Numbers of persons must be as stated. No increase in party numbers, unless notified and confirmed by the owner, after confirmation of booking

All bedrooms are carpeted and have interior sprung mattresses, duvets, pillows and stylish bed covers, bedside tables, wardrobes and chest of drawers.

The bathroom has bath with shower over.

All hot water is supplied by the central heating boiler on a timer.

The house has colour wide screen TV, Sky TV, DVD, Free WiFi internet access and off road car parking space.

We do not supply cot, cot blankets/pillows.

Kitchens have electric cooker, gas hob, microwave oven, toaster, fridge, kettle. vacuum cleaner, iron and comprehensive cooking and serving utensils, stainless steel cutlery, matching dinner and tea set.

The lounge has a fitted carpet and fire place. (not usable)

For Winter bookings the central heating is left on during the rare occasions when the house is vacant. All radiators have thermostatic controls.

Bed linen is supplied and beds are made up for your arrival (but not beach towels) Bath towels are not to be taken to the beach.

All electricity is included.

Should usage be significantly higher we reserve the right to charge for additional gas used.

Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house, but we are happy for guests to smoke outside on the patio areas. Maximum number of people 6 plus baby in cot.

Booking

Telephone bookings are quickest and will remain firm provided email confirmation and deposit is received within 72 hours. Postal bookings MUST be accompanied by your deposit. In event of a cancellation the Hirer must advise us immediately, whereupon we will, without prejudice to our right to the balance in full, use our best endeavour to re-let. If we can re-let the accommodation we will return your deposit less any expenses incurred for advertising, office costs etc. We do advise you take out an Insurance Scheme, which for a few pounds will safeguard you from most holiday risks and includes Cancellation Insurance.
